Amphenol’s BSM Series Connectors are Battery Swapping Modules with high durability. Their deviation self-correction and collision prevention ensure a fast and precise mating. Features include RADSOK® Technology, excellent physical shock and vibration, distinct function for deviation-auto correction, adjustable deviation of X, Y, Z; X and Y directions ±2mm and Z direction ±5mm.
Battery swapping, also known as battery switching, is a system for electric vehicles where a depleted battery pack is quickly exchanged for a fully charged one. Instead of plugging in at a charging station, drivers can swap batteries, significantly reducing downtime.
